Throughout your relationship with IEG, you’ll work directly one-on-one with your Case Advisor to resolve the issues you have with your credit reports. Every Case Advisor is certified in the Fair Credit Reporting Act by the Consumer Data Industry Association, which is the trade association for the credit reporting agencies. They are also members of the National Association of Credit Repair Organizations. We find that the one-on-one approach to customer service yields better communication, which leads to better results. No-Risk Refund Policy

Each month that you remain a client of IEG, you pay a Monthly Fee. During any month, if we fail to provide the agreed upon services (as outlined in the Service Agreement provided during the sign up process) to your satisfaction, we will not bill you for that month.
